I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe 2025 Hybrid. Was fast, clear and I think fair prices. I did not like the incisive offer of additional vehicle protection services. I realized later that I was sold practically two additional plans that protect the same thing.

My wife purchased her her used 2014 saanta fe sport locally from in North palm beachnorth palm Beach, one service call made us realize we needed a new service dealer. We went to wallace in Stuart fl. Service was fantastic, din'r try to sell us anything we didn't need.. They were so good to us our daughter went to them to purchase a 2107 santa fe sport.. She now drive the 25 miles just to get her oil changed rather than deal with our local dealer. If my wife ever needs ANY dealer repair we have decided to pay the $95 tow charge to get to Wallace, in the long run we feel we will be saving mony and be treated well. I drive a GMC product and if Wallace serviced them They would be my place for dealer repairs Brock

Ernest Daly provided awesome customer service as always. He helped me when my brand new Sante Fe had a recall for engine replacement in 2024. It was a long process but he stated in contact with me. I think he's awesome. Give him an increase in his salary.

June 2022 when I bought my Hyundai Santa Cruz I had never been to the Fort Mill Hyundai dealership before. I really liked how much they tried to work with me to get the price & model that I wanted. Afterwards on subsequent visits for minor issues during warranty... the Service staff were always friendly & helpful plus the waiting area was clean & well maintained with Fresh Coffee & a few snacks. My Santa Cruz is now 3years old & running like a dream & I still love Clancy (that's what I call my Sweet Truck) every time I get behind the wheel. Careful to offer lots of facts, he was willing to share opinions, but only if specifically asked. His years in the business have not jaded his tactics, and he continues making the customer feel they are at the center of the sale. Bill was thoughtful in his questions to help guide the customer to the best possible deal without imposing frivolous charges. I was looking for a new Hyundai because frankly, we have bought several Hyundai vehicles since moving to SA and they are amazing, long lasting cars! We were treated with the utmost kindness, professionalism, and extended over extended courtesies were given to us at Superior Hyundai, off of Loop 410 and Callaghan and I cannot say enough truly, about Jonathan Priette, our Sales Agent, Mark Anthony, Mgr., and Oscar Fernando in Finance! There was never “rushing us into any deal”, but rather, my husband and I were treated with respect. We showed up late in the evening and they never seemed to be in a hurry. Not one bit. They made sure all our questions were answered in detail and on top of all that kindness and professionalism…..I drove out of their parking lot with the exact car I was looking for and with a great package deal. These three gentleman treated us the way everyone should be treated, with utmost respect! There’s not enough of that in this world nowadays. So, if you are looking for a great car with a great package deal, please do yourself a favor and go look for any of these three gentlemen.
