My Kona was having trouble starting. I contacted my service advisor Asia Anthony and she was able to get me in the following day and replaced my car’s battery. Also able to do oil change. Great experience.

He helped us with the whole buying process an made it so easy for us, there was no high pressure to buy, just a helpful salesman. We are extremely happy with our 2025 Tucson Limited! After driving several other makes and models we knew this was the car for us. Our salesman, Tim, was great to work with; no pressure. He gave us time and answered questions without hovering over us like we had experienced at other dealerships.

I couldn't be happier with Coughlin Hyundai. They aren't our closest dealership, but we gladly travel the extra distance to Coughlin after a horrible shopping experience with our "local" Hyundai dealer in Athens, Ohio. We were so impressed with Coughlin Hyundai! We purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid by finding it online. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
