Jared Hensley was amazing. We came in on a Saturday as we were passing through Denver. He saw us immediately. Provided us with a rental while our vehicle was being accessed and got us on our way so that we could continue our vacation. Then they took care of everything. Mick Hasley and the team are patient and friendly. When they say they will call back they do, and they are not in a rush, they listen to what you need. I had a 100+ questions as i had not purchased a new car in many years. I was searching for just the right car for my wife, and they listened to what I wanted, and not what they had in stock. Their online chat service is pretty good too if I have a question I think of, I ask the chat and it gets to the rep and they replied. Honest about prices as well.

The following represents my experience after several visits over the last week with a female friend, where both of us are in the mid 70's- mid 80's. Since this was her first experience of purchasing a vehicle for several decades, I accompanied her for additional support. Additionally, I have purchased 2 new vehicles from Arapahoe Hyundai within the last 10 years. Our decision to purchase the vehicle from Arap Hyund followed considering vehicles from 3 other dealer, which was based on the vehicle that met her needs, and with the help of 3 sales reps. All 3, of which 1, was the Sales Manager, who apparently recognized our need of patience, and professionalism by the other 2 sales reps. Their consideration resulted in the completion of the sale, and a very happy new owner.
