I had a great experience dealing with Michael Kather at Shakers CDJR during the purchase of my 2019 Jeep Cherokee back in late October 2021. He was very patient and made arrangements to have a few cars pulled for test drives despite the cramped space as the dealership is going through a big renovation process. During the purchase process there were some snags that he was very helpful in resolving and got the deal done. I was in desperate need of a new vehicle after my old car died and I had a wonderful experience at Lia Hyundai. I inquired on a vehicle and my appointment was set that day! I worked with Anthony and he was the best! He helped me get into the car I wanted with absolutely no pressure. It was an amazing experience and when have to go car shopping for my husband, I will be sure to go back to Lia Hyundai and work with Anthony! Emily, the finance manager was amazing as well! She helped me get some great warranties that I felt were too good to pass up!

As always Lia Hyundai of Hartford provided me with a positive visit and assisted me with the easiest solutions, explaining everything to get started on my car issue. Hector Morales in Service was helpful, very pleasant, patient and most of all answers all of my questions. It was great having him take care of everything and putting my mind at ease. He kept in touch throughout the day, was right on point with the timing window he provided. I would like to also commend Dane Morisette for leading such a great team.
