Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. Had a 2022 Elantra for 3 years only reason I got rid of it was the fact it was a lease and the 36000 miles was up and I did not need a 3rd vehicle. Used this car solely for road trips it had been to 28 states in total and never let me down. Car a bit low for bigger people like myself however very comfortable driving, got phenomenal gas mileage I could get from NH to VA on a single tank with gas to spare. Overall not a fan of Hyundai however I wouldn’t hesitate buying another Elantra. Only Con I ever had with this car was the fact it is so low to the ground it makes it a magnet for rocks to the windshield I did replace 3 while owning.

It was an 1 1/2 drive but well worth the trip. They have a great selection and good prices. QUEESAY was a pleasure to work with!!

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

I bought my Elantra new. Never had to take it in for mechanical problems just front end due to pot holes. The car gave me an average mileage of 5.3/100km. I finally traded up to a newer Elantra. My old car had 483000km, no warning lights or repairs to the engine or transmission. Keep up with your maintenance

I want to thank Mr. Thomas in the service department for always giving me excellent service. My vehicle stop in the middle of traffic after my sister was driving it, I called Mr. Thomas and he set me up for service. I was very pleased after being upset with my Santa Fe truck stalling out and just recovering from double knee surgery. Mr. Thomas and service department made sure my check in and service went smoothly. Thank you again for excellent customer service.

Seats are very uncomfortable, and the entire interior is made of cheap plastic that rattles. Low visibility out rear window. Suspension isn’t very good either

I go 35 minutes further than dealerships near me to have my car serviced because the Service Department from Tom and his mechanics are the best. I f you don’t think so go to another dealer and you will be back at Lynne’s

I bought mine a month ago and I LOVE it. It has wonderful gas millage (40-42 mpg highway) Drives smooth and is comfortable. I am 6 foot tall and have trouble in other cars, but this one I have plenty of room and my head is not hitting the top and it doesn't feel like I'm sitting on the ground. Visibility is great, I can see around with little blind spots. I think it is a very driver friendly car. Especially if you are on the highway a lot, like I am for work.

It was my first service visit every thing was done in a timely mannerall so the Clark at the receptionist desk were very helpful and professional about all my needs, all so the waiting area was comfortable and had complementary coffee for customers.

I purchased this car new in 2017 with the intention of giving it to my daughter when she started driving in 2019. I ended up keeping it and bought her something else. I have been very happy with this car. It is approaching 100k miles and I have not had one major repair on it. I've always changed the oil on it at regular intervals. (Note-if you let the oil get low, the car may stall and the oil light will come on, especially when turning left, but that's on me.) I wanted an economical car and it continues to get great mileage--around 40 MPG on the highway. It has been on multiple trips to Florida and Georgia and it has done well. I am 6-3 and ride comfortably in the driver's seat. We are now a Hyundai family. As I think about replacing it with a small SUV, I will give Hyundai more than a fair opportunity to earn our business.

Hyundai went above and beyond with the 2022 Elantra SEL. This car is loaded with extra features only found on cars in higher price points. The detail to design and style makes this car an awesome buy! I have had mine for 2 months and love it. With gas prices as high as they are, getting 39-42mpg is definitely an added bonus! If you are looking for a great car with awesome features, go for the Elantra SEL!

I recently upgraded from my 2010 elantra to a black 2023 elantra sel convince. This is a great car EXCEPT for the paint. the paint on this vehicle was not polished properly in certain spots and after only 3 weeks damage to the clear coat and chips have already occurred! Keep in mind i drive this car the same way i have driven previous cars and never before have i seen so much damage to the paint accumulate in the span of less than a month after purchasing. Great safety features and just enough power- just a crappy paint job. If you are going to purchase this car, silver, gray or white would probably be your best bet.

This is the 2nd car I've gotten from Hudson Subaru and couldn't be more pleased!!! Everybody there is very nice and very helpful. And especially the sales person Chito Encarnacion who helped me and my girlfriend both order new cars. He was amazing!!!! Always checking in every few days to let us know the status on the cars and he was the nicest and most helpful salesperson I've ever dealt with!!!
