There was no pressure, only professionalism in every way. My sales person was Zack Hampton. There was no pressure only professionalism. This car buying process was outstanding!

This past week I traded in mu 2020 Ioniq for a 20223 Hybrid Elantra and worked with Matthew Wright. He was knowledgeable about the product and was very pleasant. He was not pushy about the sale and gave me time to go home and think about it and return for the purchase. He replied promptly to an issue I had and I can rely on him in the future if I have any questions about my new car. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant and helpful.

Dylan was my sales person and he went beyond helping me, he even came in on his day off to help me sign and drive out with my new car. They worked to get me the best deal on my trade in and on my finance. The family atmosphere there is great . I would defiantly recommend them. Dylan was my sales person and he was 5 stars!!!

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

Philip McDonald is the ONE nonpareil Customer Service SPECIALIST (not merely "Representative") in the Service Department of Wilson County Hyundai. Mr. McDonald approaches his customers as if they are long, lost friends. His greeting and broad smile are genuine and welcoming. In stark contrast to the "colleagues" of Mr. Mcdonald; his professionalism rises above and beyond the "norm." This customer, having experienced worse-than-disappointing episodes with more than one of the aforementioned colleagues of Mr. McDonald, I resolved to stop taking my Hyundai (which I purchased there) to WCH for service. However, Mr. McDonald communicated that HE would be the WCH Pro to assist me in the care of my vehicle if I would return as a customer. Based on that promise, I returned to WCH for my most recent service. Mr. McDonald did not disappoint; for he is a man of his word as well as a richly skilled professional; expert in the technical & advising areas or his vocation. Moreover, he is steeped in integrity, kindness, and affability; possessing a genuine warmth of spirit for his fellow humans. WCH should make Mr. McDonald a Trainer of the "other" employees whose demeanor & attitude toward customers demonstrates palpable disdain: an "I-can't-wait-until-you-are-out-of-my-hair" disposition toward the customer(s) who have the misfortune to fall into the clutches of that Customer NO-Service "professional". I enjoy the power, the acceleration, of this small sedan. The small profile of this auto helps it, I believe, get the fantastic mileage that it gets. I also enjoy the comfortable seats.

I recently bought a 2020 Elantra with very low miles (39k). It looks great, like new, and drives like a large sedan should. And the gas mileage is great! Driving around town yesterday it got 37 mpg in normal traffic, when the spec is 30. And on the freeway I was getting well over 57 mpg on a very slight, non-visible decline at 77 mph. It "feels" comfortable. My only knock so far is the information on the center console could be brighter and I haven't figured out how to make it yet. The owner's manual was not included in the sale.

The process was quick and painless. You do not have to buy a car from them to sell a car to them. I had done my homework before and knew what it was worth and I was offered a price higher than Kelly Blue Book. BUY: Buying a used car was more complicated. It took test driving many and lots of time on their website before I found one that met the very specific details I was looking for. I decided on CarMax because I did have a very specific car in mind that I had not been able to find private seller in the two plus months I'd been looking. Also, my sales associate CARLTON BOWEN was fantastic.He spent roughly a month helping me look at cars making calls to other dealerships and coordinating multiple test drives etc. I know having him as a salesperson made a huge difference. I had looked at other dealerships and was treated only like a wallet from the moment I entered. He worked hard to help me find what I needed in a car and was pleasant and respectful the entire time. Not at all the experience I had at other dealerships. With all of the hidden fees etc other places have, carmax was not more expensive. I was glad not to give my money to sketchy people at another place.

This car saved my mom’s life. In a five-car accident, she was left spinning and hitting multiple cars. The car’s numerous airbags kept her in place, and the safety figures left her with minor bruises and scratches. The doctors said she’s lucky to be alive. I’ve had the car for two and a half years and only had to replace one part. One note: DO OIL CHANGES; it’s very important for the motor in this car. Loved this car.

Great car, bought brand new at 13 miles,, just hit 100k miles with absolutely no issues whatsoever and to me it still drives and sounds as good as it did when I bought it off the lot, I do oil changes every 3-4k miles, definitely would recommend!! Love this car
