My wife purchased her her used 2014 saanta fe sport locally from in North palm beachnorth palm Beach, one service call made us realize we needed a new service dealer. We went to wallace in Stuart fl. Service was fantastic, din'r try to sell us anything we didn't need.. They were so good to us our daughter went to them to purchase a 2107 santa fe sport.. She now drive the 25 miles just to get her oil changed rather than deal with our local dealer. If my wife ever needs ANY dealer repair we have decided to pay the $95 tow charge to get to Wallace, in the long run we feel we will be saving mony and be treated well. I drive a GMC product and if Wallace serviced them They would be my place for dealer repairs Brock

Hey, HQ Hyundai. My wife and I drove up here from Winter Park after being given a hard time from a local dealer there. Chris took care of the matter (a defective oil sensor), had the shuttle driver drop us off at a restaurant and had the job finished before dessert. The job was done at a lower price than WP and two hours sooner than expected.

I bought a car at this dealership in 2014 and was in the market for another car this year. I decide to check out the dealership once again. I went with the sole purpose of trading my Apex Blue Pearl ILX ASpec for the same color TLX ASpec I had seen the previous time I had my ILX serviced. When I arrived, there was also an Integra in the same color and I immediately became indecisive. Grant Geels was my salesperson and he was great at explaining all of the differences of the 2 vehicles while I test drove both. When it came to the negotiation of sale, neither the manager or Grant were ever disrespectful or belittling, which I had experienced in the past at other dealerships, and it was a successful negotiating experience. I LOVED my ILX for the 4 years I drove it and had never experienced any issues, I was just ready for an upgrade. I love my TLX more!

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids.
