visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. When it came down to talking about prices and terms, there was no competition with other dealerships. Totally happy with it all! Thank you so much!!

Never was I pressured, made appointment, went in and once again, I never felt pressured, Juan was informative, professional, friendly, best service I have ever received buying a new car. The fact that the service writers at Inland Hyundai seem to know all of the customers by name, it gives the customer that very personal feel.The service at this dealership is beyond outstanding. I have not ever had to bring my car back because of a problem after having it serviced at Inland Hyundai. To prove that the dealership stands by by their warranties, My 2010 Elantra had 99,999 miles, and one more mile would have voided the warranty. The dealership replaced my faulty transmission since the odemeter did not exced 100,000 miles. This is the 4th car I have purchased there in the last few years. I purchased a new 2023 N line Elantra this time. I went after spending the afternoon at other dealers and dealing with mark-ups and other BS that dealers do. I was not in the market for a new car.
