Andy took the time to discuss my needs, and worked with me to get the right fit for me. Once purchased he spent time going over all the features of the car, and has also setup a follow visit to review even more. He is making sure everything I need is in order, and follows up with me to ensure my happiness. I can't recommend Huffins Plano, and Andy So in particular enough!

Vinny Nguyen displayed phenomenal customer service today starting with a simple phone call walking me through a process I didn't know how to perform on my Genesis GV80 (checking my oil percentage). His help was kind and greatly appreciated. He then told me that my car was due an oil change and tire rotation and he made arrangements to get me in today. I went in for a state inspection and came out with a service that far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Kieth Overturf, is very professional ,efficient and a self-starter. I was unaware that I needed an ALDL PORT INOP and a Heated Steering Wheel. I came out overly satisfied with a piece of mind that I need this kind of attentiveness in my 2022 Tahoe, even though I'm closer to a Jupiter Chevrolet, I would rather come here to Huffines in Plano, TX.

I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.
