My 3 year Lease with my Sonata was expiring in September. The Car was flawless and we enjoyed it so much we wanted another one. We made an appointment with Iggi and he met us at the door. I felt safe and everyone was masked and social distanced. We got there at around 1:00 and I figured it would take the usual 6 hours to complete....NO Iggi wasted no time and got us the Deal we wanted and approved in 1 1/2 hour...the Finance guy had us out in 1 hour and we were transferring our stuff to the New Sonata and on our way home. Mr. Cabreja was professional when we got upset that the vehicle we wanted to purchase was sold and tried to advise us that he was willing to assist us to find the vehicle we wanted. He did find the vehicle and a couple of days later we drove it home. He was attentive to our needs and very caring, as if, he was a family member.

I want to thank Mr. Thomas in the service department for always giving me excellent service. My vehicle stop in the middle of traffic after my sister was driving it, I called Mr. Thomas and he set me up for service. I was very pleased after being upset with my Santa Fe truck stalling out and just recovering from double knee surgery. Mr. Thomas and service department made sure my check in and service went smoothly. Thank you again for excellent customer service.

Where to start? Maybe the best and most accommodating staff I've ever dealt with. Joe Ippolito is truly tops in his field. The entire staff really went out of there way to make us feel like family. I'm the proud owner of a new Santa Fe and the process was absolutely painless. Kudos all around!

Yesterday evening right at the close of business I managed to wreck my tire. I managed to limp to Towne Hyundai, so at least I was off the road and safe. Terry at the desk was incredibly helpful and was able to get someone to stay a little later to replace the tire for me. Luckily they had one in stock. When the service was finished Terry walked me out to my car in the dark, a big plus because i was stiff from sitting. I've been buying cars from here for over 30 years, and this will keep me coming back. Thanks to them i am back at work this morning with a safe car!
