I had purchased my very first new Hyundai in 2019 and I was one payment from paying it off and had so many questions about new cars, extended warranty and my options. I explained my situation and the many questions I had, and he helped me navigate through all my options and after answering all of them and all without any sales pressure mind you, we decided that leasing a vehicle would be the best option for me. I told him my daughter back home would be visiting with a new baby soon, so he made sure my new vehicle was roomy and very safe! My whole visit was extremely pleasant and everyone I had contact with was helpful and made my decision easier. Rashawn Larimer from financial services explained everything to me in regards to payment scheduling and answered my hundreds of questions. I love my new Tuscan and am so happy with my decision to go to Crown Hyundai!

General manger done a great job helping me get a part fixed on my car after Hyundai would not approve the warranty repair. General manger was great to deal with and took ownership of the issue.

My experience was 100% perfect. Not only was the dealership excellent and so much better than the other 4-5 dealerships we went to prior, but our salesman, Andy, was the best we have ever had. He spent numerous hours with me explaining everything. He was courteous, professional and nothing that I asked was too much for him. He was happy to get all my questions answered and also answered every text and phone call instantly. This was a 100% positive experience but mostly because of our amazing salesman, Andy.

Todd has been excellent to deal with. He’s followed up but not over the top pushy. When I’m ready to move forward with my purchase, I will for sure be using Todd.

Very low key salesman no high-pressure gave us time to think. in fact, we went home and made an offer the next day and it was accepted..

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Incredible experience at Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood. Starting with Betina, who walked me through the vehicles I might be interested in seeing, sending me emails, setting up a time to meet with a sales person and even waited past her work hours to introduce herself. Anthony was our sales specialist and he help us narrow our search and put us in a 2020 Tuscon which my husband and I fell in love with. Steven was in finance and he was just amazing. We did have one issue that we contacted Robert the head salesman, and he immediately drove our new vehicle and resolved the issue quickly.

Kenny was very diligent in collecting all the information he needed to close the deal. He took time to show me how I would save money by turning in my old lease for the new one.
