Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. My best experience by far with any auto group.

The Ioniq is a lot of fun to drive. The ride is smooth and it has plenty of power. If you are someone that likes technology it has a lot to offer. If you are not tech savvy there will be a learning curve. Things that I don't like about the car is 1. No rear windshield wiper so it has to be clean frequently in winter or dirty environments. 2. If you live in a cold environment the efficiency is greatly diminished if the heater has to be run constantly. Overall great car so far.

All the staff was amazing. Especially our sales person Michael Quezada. The facilities were immaculate and just everything about this place made buying a new car an wonderf experience.

I truly enjoy driving this car. And the level 2 and 3 charging is very easy. I have the Limited Trim package---so the technology and comfort is unbeatable. In the past, I leased a UX200 Lexus. This is a nice upgrade.

I traded in my car for a better one at lower payments. I'm very happy with how they treated me, didn’t push me, didn’t try to fool me. I looked at 4 different vehicles and ended up with a Toyota Tacoma, car’s history was very transparent and the price for its condition was superb. Overall - very positive experience.

This is the best car I have ever owned and that is not hyperbole. I had a 2016 Tesla Model S that cost about $82,000 and my 2023 Ioniq 5 cost about $56,000 or $26,000 less than the Tesla. The Ioniq 5 charges 4 times faster, is more comfortable, quieter and more reliable than the Model S and for a lot less money. I have had the Ioniq 5 for over 3 months and am constantly "blown away" by all the features (learning about them takes awhile) and what a high quality car it is. If anyone is thinking about buying an EV, whatever brand and model you choose will be a quality car (except Tesla), but the reason I chose the Ioniq 5 is that it had slightly more range (rated at 266 miles for my AWD, but it easily gets 300 miles on a 95% charge) and the screen was a little easier to read than comparable crossover electric SUVs. If you choose to get an Ioniq 5 there will be no regrets.

We love our SEL RWD. It's quiet, comfortable, roomy and quite fun to drive. I am also really pleased with the interior and exterior design although I know that is subjective. Economy has been fantastic as well as we're getting close to 4 miles per kwh in mixed driving. Small niggles would be lack of wireless Android Auto or Apple Carplay (easily remedied with an adapter and I do believe Hyundai is adding this for future models), no memory seats and no automatic wipers in the SEL trim and only USB-A ports. Otherwise this is a smartly designed EV that is so far great too use.

My over all experience is it was the best decision I've ever made buying a new car!! I decided to go to Huntington Beach for my Sonata Sport Plus, instead of the dealership where I got my Elantra from last year, and I was not disappointed. The dealership is friendly and puts clientel first. I wasn’t rushed to do anything, just make my decisions and go. It’s not everyday that people go the extra mile for you. I couldnt get someone to take me there, but the dealership was super understanding and came to take me to the dealership, where we did all the paperwork and i was able to drive off the lot. Not only that, Christina P, the one who sold me the Sonata and also came to pick me up, also had driven to MULTIPLE dealerships to get me the exact car i wanted. Lance was awesome, working with what was able to be worked with, handling finances both in person and even through the phone. Y’all are sweet! I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price. I needed a new car. I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have. I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car. No I was not ready to buy a new car but l needed to. I'm glad I went and met these two guys; they made the process easy and pleasant. Thanks gents!

I highly recommend servicing your Hyundai car here. They are attentive, honest and reliable. I have driven a Hyundai for 22 years now and this is the best service department I have ever dealt with. Now with that said, a big flaw is not offering loaner cars. I don't have access to another car and every time my car has had a major issue, I have had to sit at the dealership for hours because there is nothing I can do. Renting a car last minute is usually not feasible or available. I am currently looking at getting a new car sometime this year. While I have been very happy with Hyundai, not offering loaner cars is a big factor in my decision in what car I end up buying.
