I had a great experience buying from out of state. I would do business again and would recommend to friends and family. Here's my experience: I found a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe which included my wish list options including the active safety group (hard to find). The price seemed good compared to what I see in my area (UT). I reached out to sales at Bill Luke and asked for the "out the door" price. They came back and the only additional cost was window tint (as mentioned in the fine print on cars.com). Aside from that there was only tax and dealer fee. They took additional pictures and sent me a video tour of the vehicle. I signed a deal with the finance group, who did their best to match a loan rate from my local credit union. Shipping seemed reasonable, but I decided to pick up in person (they were even open Sunday which made things flexible for a weekend trip). I booked a flight and showed up just waiting for someone to try and tell me there were additional costs, but they were true to their word on "No hidden fees". I've had my Ioniq 5 for almost 10 months. I chose to lease the car because 1) the EV technology is changing so quickly and 2) to make sure an EV was the right vehicle for me. So far, I've been very pleased with almost everything about the car. At an 80 percent charge, I get 270 miles consistently. The car came with free charging at Electrify America charging stations, but I've yet to use one as I charge at home which costs me virtually nothing as I have a solar panel array that provides plenty of energy for my home and car. The ride, for the most part, is comfortable (the seats could be a little more comfortable). There are plenty of features that I appreciate (all of the warning sensors come in handy, the voice system is good and Bluelink works well). The only downside (for me) is that I got the standard long range edition which gets in excess of 300 miles on a full charge but is missing some of the more refined options (mirrors that fold in when parked, power lift gate, driver seat memory, etc.) If I had to do this again, I would have gone with the next model up. My lease will be up in March of 2026, and unless there is something that I think is better in the EV space, I'll be leasing another Ioniq 5.

This dealership does a great job of offering a wide range of used electric vehicles at some of the lowest prices in the Valley. I worked mostly with Angel (and a bit with Eric). Over the course of a few weeks, we narrowed in on the EV that was right for me and that qualified for the $4,000 EV tax credit (which ends September 30, 2025). Both Angel and Eric were personable, professional, and responsive. Ultimately, I found a great car at a great price here, without the haggle of negotiating. Please take care to read through all the fees and warranty offerings. You want to make sure you are purchasing what's right for you. But, I did find the fees + taxes to be outlined in a transparent manner. I'll update this review if I start to have any issues with the car in the immediate future, but so far, this has been a good purchase.

Fantastic car. Awesome looks. More room than a m3 or mY. I've had a limited for almost a year and not one single problem. Usually get 225-250mi from a charge, but actually had a couple of 275 and one 300 when most driving was city and I resisted the temptation to punch it. Makes me smile every time I drive it.
