I came to Puente Hills Hyundai after a friend recommended them, based upon his great experience a year ago. My sales associate Ferry was warm, welcoming and completely pressure-free. He was very friendly and provided me with a ton of options to explore that matched my financial means. John, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He worked with my unique trade-in situation and gave me the best deal. The other sales team members were very personable and friendly. Larry in the finance dept was also knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase. Overall I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more cohesive team that really cared about the customer as much as these guys. Definitely would recommend!!

I've had my Ioniq 5 for almost 10 months. I chose to lease the car because 1) the EV technology is changing so quickly and 2) to make sure an EV was the right vehicle for me. So far, I've been very pleased with almost everything about the car. At an 80 percent charge, I get 270 miles consistently. The car came with free charging at Electrify America charging stations, but I've yet to use one as I charge at home which costs me virtually nothing as I have a solar panel array that provides plenty of energy for my home and car. The ride, for the most part, is comfortable (the seats could be a little more comfortable). There are plenty of features that I appreciate (all of the warning sensors come in handy, the voice system is good and Bluelink works well). The only downside (for me) is that I got the standard long range edition which gets in excess of 300 miles on a full charge but is missing some of the more refined options (mirrors that fold in when parked, power lift gate, driver seat memory, etc.) If I had to do this again, I would have gone with the next model up. My lease will be up in March of 2026, and unless there is something that I think is better in the EV space, I'll be leasing another Ioniq 5.

Sales Rep did a good job finding the car that I was interested in purchasing cane with me while I was test driving the car. I I liked the used car and price that I was interested in buying. However, the dealership did not offer me enough trade in allowance for the vechele that I wanted to trade in.

Fantastic car. Awesome looks. More room than a m3 or mY. I've had a limited for almost a year and not one single problem. Usually get 225-250mi from a charge, but actually had a couple of 275 and one 300 when most driving was city and I resisted the temptation to punch it. Makes me smile every time I drive it.

visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. When it came down to talking about prices and terms, there was no competition with other dealerships. Totally happy with it all! Thank you so much!!

I had an easy transaction and smooth closing with Ameer, They were very professional and made the process of getting approved and thru the finance process as quick as possible, never once did i feel pressure to buy the extra warranty or any other items they wanted to sell me. I did have to question Nirto, Apparently, they charge for nitro in the tires!! Now that's a new one for me!! I had a terrible experience with this dealership 2 years ago, they sold me a truck over the phone and took 5k from a CC and then sold the truck out from under me. Good thing they are now under new management! Made it way better this time, they even picked me up from the Train station and had the truck all detailed while we did the paperwork. All in all good experience.

Steve Lee. What can I say about this wonderful man? Yes, I am actually talking about a car salesman. A few weeks ago, I went to the Ford dealer to pick up some parts I ordered. On our way back to our car, my daughter spots the all-new Hyundai Kona. One look and she was hooked. Steve saw us and came over to greet us with the warmest smile and a sincere handshake. He was as excited to tell us all about the Kona, as we were as excited to hear about it. He told and showed us all there was to know about the Kona, even let my daughter test drive the fully loaded Ultimate model. Steve listened to all of my daughter?s questions and soon they were talking about their favorite color combos and cool features on the car. Never once did Steve make us feel uncomfortable or pressure us into any direction. He was helpful, kind, listened and let my daughter lead the conversation. We had already taken up a lot of Steve?s time and it was getting late, so we parted ways and said we would be back in a few days, after the rain. I?m sure Steve thought he had seen the last of us, but we returned about a week and a half later. And true to form, there was Steve, with the biggest smile and welcoming arms for us. He made my daughter?s car buying experience easy and enjoyable. Not to mention that she loved the Kona so much, she went back 2 weeks later to buy a Tuscon. Unfortunately Steve had already left for the day when we got there. I wanted to wait, but my daughter has no patience. If you ever get the chance to meet Steve Lee, I encourage you to do so. I guarantee you won?t forget him. He makes the most genuine impression and you won?t forget that smile! My Salesman was Uriel/Vince Fierro and he was over the top helpful especially in these times with supply issues. 1 conversation and the car was there the next day and ready to go. Also received a follow up phone call the next day to see how we liked the car. Everything Vince told me was right on no games or anything like that. My 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe had a paint issue. I contacted Tim Bright(Service Director) and he had his service advisor Danny Martinez navigate the warrantee claim through the system,got approval and had the issue fixed in short order. Great customer skills on Danny's behalf.
