This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

Brandon West worked with us for the purchase of a 2021 Kona EV. He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. He is very responsive to our follow up questions. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. This is in response to my very bad service experience. Through my proactive, unrelenting perseverance the GM and service manager heard me. I was not required to wait until November for them to take the time to find out why my new Santa fe kept shutting off in my driveway. I brought the car in and waited 3 hours for service to try to identify the issue snd test drive it. They were unable to ID the problem but have ordered a range selector switch. In ten days they will call when part arrives. Previous year models had this part issue. My service manager Brian McClure was excellent. I feel the service staff are better organized than before.They were cordial with all customers. I thank the GM for his sincerity and caring.

so the car is back in service snd they are currently evaluating the same problem. 2021 santa fe shut down with sysyrem shutdown mechanical seek service immediately. service is working with hyundai support. I hope to hear status today. this is second day. I'm grateful for their promptness. I have no other transportation so I'm unable to leave the house janet
