New and used 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 5 for sale near Peapack and Gladstone, NJ

This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

No pressure approach, honest opinions and suggestions from the sales representative. Car was promised and delivered on time. No issues with this transaction and I would visit this dealership and salesman again.

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.

I should have learned with my 1st experience with Towne Hyundai 2 years ago. I started looking for a car for my son and looked around my local area but never got a good feeling with what I saw or test drove. I decided to call Joe Ippolito at Towne Hyundai whom I leased a car from 2 years ago. With 1 short visit to Joe, we walked out with what I believe was a very good deal on a Pre owned Certified 2019 Tuscon. I wasted so much time and effort going everywhere else.
