New and used 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 5 SUVs for sale near Doylestown, OH

There was a problems with scheduling my appointment, but they still got my car in and checked. I didn't even know there was a problem with it until check out, it went so smooth.

This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

The whole team at Great Lakes was an absolute pleasure to work with! We bought a 2022 Santa Cruz and our salesman Warrick did a fantastic job showing us the car and going into details on what each had to offer. We gave him a list of must haves and he got us the perfect truck to fit our needs. He listened and knew exactly what to bring around and didnt get us into a car that was more than we needed. I will preface this by saying that I hate going to a dealer to buy a car. That being said Aaron at Great Lakes Hyundai may have just changed my mind. The entire process was quick easy and straight forward. They told me that the goal was to go beyond the customer's expectations, which I figured was just a typical sales pitch. However, they proceeded to prove that it wasn't just a pitch. The deal I got was everything I wanted and then some (actually got more for my trade in than I expected). All in all I highly recommend stopping in if you want a good deal.

The Mike and Cameron both assisted me with working through the decision of purchasing my vehicle. While I initially looked at new vehicles when I returned to look at used they were just as helpful. Both sales representatives provided helpful answers and let me guide my purchasing experience. I never felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was not pushed into looking at something that was more than what I was willing to spend. Even purchasing a used “as-is” car I had tire trouble on the way home from the dealer and their sales manager Matt and service manager Alex listened to my problem and really went above and beyond with fixing my problem. They did a fantastic job of making me feel like a valued customer and like they wanted to make this purchasing experience outstanding. This dealership did an outstanding job of providing me with a great purchasing experience and a stellar after purchase experience. I am truly blown away by the level of customer service I experienced with this purchase. This dealership truly still seems to put the customer first and realize the value of customer satisfaction.

I was in the market for a Honda Type R for a couple months, pretty hard to find, but Marhofer Hyundai had a red one. The dealership was extremely friendly, zero pressure, really put you at ease. Mike Baldwin asked what car I was looking for and when I told him the Type R, he said let’s go grab the keys. After talking for about 5 mins, he handed me the keys and said go take it for a drive where ever you want, let me know how it was when you get back. That was a first for me (this is the 7th car I’ve purchased in my life), especially for the type of car it was, I was kinda shocked. The car was beautiful. 2 days later I purchased the car and have loved it ever since. I had zero pressure, no spamming of phone calls after my visit or texts, no stress. They also texted me a week later to ask how it’s been. Again, that also has never happened to me. 5 out of 5 stars, would 1000% recommend. Look for Mike when you go
