Matt Sepahpur is a fantastic sales rep at the Santa Monica dealership - he is intelligent, honest, made the purchase easy, was able to tackle all queries my husband and I had, responsive and knowledgeable. After shopping around at various car dealerships in Santa Monica, it was a refreshing and unique experience at Hyundai. Matt played a critical role in making a decision to purchase a Hyundai vehicle. He is definitely a model employee!

Overall is ok, but buying process takes too long like around 7 hours, didn't leave until close to 11pm at night, sale staff and I didn't get a chance to look through the whole SUV, by the time I've gotten home (2.5 hours), I've noticed front passenger side wiper was separated, detached from the housing unit, I've attached it back to my best ability, doesn't quite look right, I'll go through a local Hyundai's dealership for the repair, also the cargo cover was missing from the vehicle, but it was listed on sticker, I've called my sale person (Eli M.) the next day to informed him, at the time of the this writing, ten business days later I'm still waiting for the replacement from the dealer.

Whoever is reading this just know that South Bay Hyundai is super helpful and nice. Everyone is nice and they gave me a great deal!

Very smooth car buying experience. Friendly customer service from salesman Roger including taking time to answer all questions. While it was busy, I did not feel rushed and was able to make a good purchase at a good price. Would recommend this location to anyone buying a car and will use them again.
