The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.

I decided to stay local and try to find a dealership and vehicle I was comfortable with. The new place looks awesome and what made it the best by the people who work there like Mike. He & his other colleagues were helpful. But one exception is, there is no ride available to get home back home/office after drop off the car. I lost 2 hours of my time, could have been productive if I could get ride back to my work. This limitation will influence my future selection of repair day. I hope you will incorporate the ride back service soon. I always go to dealership for post sales repairs and maintenance.
