I bought two new Hyundai vehicles over the winter from Pam with far better trade values and discounts each time versus the 3 north GA Hyundai dealers near my Cumming GA home. The first deal was done over the phone until I drove over to make the trade, sign the papers, then drive home my new Elantra Hybrid Limited. The second trade was done completely remote, with a driver bringing the new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid to the house along with the paperwork to sign. The driver drove off in my wife's CRV hybrid.

Five-stars for Steven who assisted us. The service was great with a great summary video from the technician working in the vehicle. They missed washing the vehicle as promised but the overall service was great!

I have been looking for a car for about 5 months. I went to Texoma Hyundai. Pulled up seen the type of car I wanted. Took a look inside, black leather pearl white. I knew this was my car. This young lady Alejandra very professional carries herself like person twice her age very respectful after 15 minutes speaking with her I felt I knew her for 20 years. I will definitely refer her to anyone that I know that would buy a car. Great young lady the third personality and skills. She will definitely go places the rest of the people there at the dealership are also very nice and courteous. I give all of them a thumbs up.

Bought a used Toyota from this dealership. Great experience from start to finish. From the first call being greeted by a friendly receptionist, to the multiple sales people that helped me with my deal, to the finance department, it was top notch. Went in to get a very specific car that they just got that same week. Everyone was very polite and professional. They even gave me a little extra on my trade-in since I still owed on the car. I was in and out within a few hours and drove off the lot with my new car. Everything went pretty smooth that day and I left a happy customer. I've had dealers try to sell me on other cars that were more expensive before and even had a dealer tack another $3k underneath me when looking through paperwork AFTER I left with another car. These guys didn't try to sell me on a more expensive car that I didn't want and all the paperwork checks out. Very positive experience overall.

Pulled into the dealership to look at new vehicles in the pouring rain. We were driving the lot looking at vehicles. Jeffrey came out in the rain, greeted us, introduced himself, and invited us to wait inside while he drove the vehicles to the covered area for us to inspect.
