My Salesman is Allen Washington and he's amazing. I've purchases so many cars with him I can't keep count but this last he did what he always does goes above and beyond. when I went to pick up the car the porter had put a small dent in the car door. Allen was like Don't worry about it I will make sure it gets takin care of. HE came in two hours earlier than is shift, took me to work and made sure my car was done before I got off work. I was just disappointed because my car came back dirty. The car was spotlessly clean when they picked it up. When I got it back it was dirty. It had bird Doodoo on it and the outside was dirty. They must’ve left the window open while in the shop because the inside was full of dust and the floor mats were full of debris! The mechanical work was done to my satisfaction!

I bought my car here and have it serviced here. They are ALWAYS busy, so with the amount of cars who come here everyday, it must be a good sign of how other people appreciate their service. First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

We drove an hour to this location specifically for a recall service. We were not satisfied with a local dealerships service department. From the moment to pulling the car in the shop to the end of being complete, the service we received was very pleasant. The Service Advisor , Jim DeVault is very personable and professional & very happy to all address our concerns and request. The waiting room was a plus! The 1 and only thing I would suggest to be honest is keep the television on a neutral program. ( We agreed with a few other waiting customers , we'd rather watch a cartoon ;)) We will be back for any of cars needs. Thank you !!!!

Every department in this establishment was a pleasant experience. Our sales rep Cassandra was super relatable and understood exactly what we wanted. Ryan the manager made sure to do everything he could to give us an amazing and honest deal. The financial employee made sure to give that same experience. They all deserve a raise. We haven't been able to stop recommending this dealer. It was truly a breathe of fresh air compared to the pushy and manipulative dealers all around. It really is appreciated. Also, the fastest deal we have ever decided on.

Compared to other dealerships, we were able to test drive the vehicles in a short amount of time while being provided only the information we requested.
