OMG me and Isabella clicked immediately. She is a people’s person and a great sales person her smile won me over she was a breath of fresh air. I have been visiting Universal Hyundai for many years with different Hyundai vehicles and have had a handful of service advisors that I have dealt with. I can't say enough about Rhoda Allen and how good she has treated me and my vehicle in the last few years. My last visit was on Nov 4th, and as usual, she got me in and out in an appropriate time and provided me with great customer service. She is one in a million and I can't give her a high enough rating for the experience I have been provided on the many trips for service on my vehicle.

I bought a new 2025 Sonata, my 3rd one. They are great cars and the warranty is the real deal. The buying /trade in process was smooth and fair. Great people to deal with !

I had my car serviced and my daughter?s car serviced at the same time. Everybody was friendly, helpful.& took care to service the car & complete the recall item. I did previously purchased my car at the same dealership and it was a fantastic experience. No high-pressure sales, gave me the details I requested and were very respectful.

The building is being remodeled so I just imagined being in the new building and I am sure it will be lovely. I think the sales people need more privacy because it was incredibly loud when we needed to negotiate and I needed to call my insurance representative.
