Brandon West worked with us for the purchase of a 2021 Kona EV. He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. He is very responsive to our follow up questions. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. It sure drives like a little rocket compared out our other IC car

The price and buying process were top rate. At first the promised follow up did not happen. When we talked to Quentin and told him we were disappointed he picked up the ball and ran with it. After that his followup has been very good and we know he will keep his promise to help us in the future. We are ?old? and need more help with an electric vehicle than younger customers.

We?ve bought Hyundai?s for awhile and been happy with them, however our previous Santa Fe purchase was from a dealership that really went downhill and I wouldn?t have purchased a vehicle from them again. I had am 11 o’clock appointment but Atilla already had a customer in his Office. He still tried to take care of me and he did , but I also could have come an hour later. You have an employee named Jazz who explained the new car to me, she is so good at her job I was so pleasantly surprised. She was patient, and professional. I give her an AAA RATING OTHERWISE I had a rental car I needed to return, it would have been nice if one of your employees would have been available to follow me to Avis. Instead I had to bother a neighbor, in the mean time Avis closed at 2 and I got there at 3 My new car was parked on the street in front of the dealership since the next day was Sunday. I was worried that the car would be stollen and my neighbor called me with the same concern, so we went and got it. ( that was the 4th trip) back and forth Atilla did a good job. From start to getting my new Tucson it took 7 hours due to your companies lack of service. Schomp Ford has a valet, maybe you should take a page out of their customer service.

I just leased an Ioniq 5 from Schomp Hyundai. This was my first time leasing after purchasing 11 cars for my wife and myself over the last 48 years. I went in a little apprehensive because I never leased a car. Afterwards, I can easily say this was the best car acquisition experience I had ever had. Schomp has a newer show room, and excellent waiting area and a huge inventory to select from. My sales person, Eddie Jacobs, was very knowledge, personal and no xx. I love Schomp’s system where you deal with just one person. No need to “check with the sales manager.” No visit to the financing specialist. just one person. The total cost I received (down payment plus 23 lease payments) was lower than 2 other dealer online quotes. The trade offer was $250 higher than the best offer I had received elsewhere. After the lease was completed, I spent about 45 minutes with the training specialist Jazz, another amazing person! I am 68, so not a tech expert… but she patiently walked me through all the features, buttons, and programing of the car… even helped me link up my iPhone and set up favorite buttons. The current Ionic 5 lease specials are excellent. I have driven the car for 4 days and cannot believe what an amazing car it is. I highly recommend the Ionic 5 and Schomp Hyundai!
