Today I took my Kona to service. I was attended, for the first time in my experience, by a woma, Cyndi. She was polite, attentive to detail, and even took the time to show me what the air filters looked like. I decided to change them and one of the Hyundai coupons almost covered the cost of one of them. I was thoroughly satisfied with Cyndi’s handling of the service. Please let her know that I appreciated her attention. What’s more the waiting room areas are comfortable and agreeable as well as the variety of coffee offered. 👏👏👏

The fact that the service writers at Inland Hyundai seem to know all of the customers by name, it gives the customer that very personal feel.The service at this dealership is beyond outstanding. I have not ever had to bring my car back because of a problem after having it serviced at Inland Hyundai. To prove that the dealership stands by by their warranties, My 2010 Elantra had 99,999 miles, and one more mile would have voided the warranty. The dealership replaced my faulty transmission since the odemeter did not exced 100,000 miles. unlike other dealers in ps.. when I wanted to test drive a vehicle no problem..take the keys and go for a drive.. no hassell .. and the salesperson peter was great, extremely easy to work with, attentive truly a no hassell experience..yes buying a car here was a very positve experince

This is the 4th car I have purchased there in the last few years. I purchased a new 2023 N line Elantra this time. I went after spending the afternoon at other dealers and dealing with mark-ups and other BS that dealers do. I was not in the market for a new car.
