They don’t sell you things you don’t need lot of dealers will tell you you need parts you don’t need. I highly recommend Rosen Hyundai of Kenosha to anyone they won’t be sorry. I live in the northern suburbs in Illinois and this where I go to get my car serviced. I’m very happy.

Really had a pleasant experience from start to finish, they even got us into a nicer vehicle than the one we initially came in to purchase AND they beat my credit union’s interest rate. The service advisor Matt Lecey was very accommodating and took his time to be sure that his client was completely satisfied. He went out of his way to be sure that the repair was done properly. This dearership should be proud to have such a fine young man at work there. He should receive a good raise for all that he does for his clients.

I had been looking for that particular vehicle for quite some time. When I first saw the ad for this one on August 12th. I saved it. Eventually I decided to send an inquiry because I really wanted to at least test drive it. Once I did test drive it. I decided that I really wanted it. I was disappointed that my initial offer, and value of my trade in were not quite what I had in mind, but their offer was fair to me, and the convenience of not having to go to the DMV, and paying tax plus license plate transfer fee made it all worth it to me. I absolutely love the this car, and am very grateful to Rosen Hyundai for all that they did to allow me to obtain my recent used car purchase.

Castle Hyundai gave me a good price for my trade in when I purchased a new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. When I picked up the Tucson all the paperwork was straight forward with minimal time and hassle.
