Jim worked very well with my to agree on a price we both thought was fair. I was was worried buying a car would be as painful as some people have claimed it to be, but I can say it was a pleasurable experience. I will certainly be looking at Wilkins Hyundai for future car purchases.

My Salesman is Allen Washington and he's amazing. I've purchases so many cars with him I can't keep count but this last he did what he always does goes above and beyond. when I went to pick up the car the porter had put a small dent in the car door. Allen was like Don't worry about it I will make sure it gets takin care of. HE came in two hours earlier than is shift, took me to work and made sure my car was done before I got off work. Talked to Nizar over the phone and set an appointment to test drive the car, liked the car right off the bat and negotiated on the already discounted Lexus RX and left the deposit. I had a great buying experience when purchasing my 24 Tuscan. Just had my 1st service and the service was prompt and done in a timely manner Service manager was courteous and explained everything to me.

The service advisor Matt Lecey was very accommodating and took his time to be sure that his client was completely satisfied. He went out of his way to be sure that the repair was done properly. This dearership should be proud to have such a fine young man at work there. He should receive a good raise for all that he does for his clients.

I was surprised by how much I liked the CX-5 but even more surprised by how pleasant an experience purchasing a car was at this dealership, largely due to the saleswoman Gabbie.
