The sales experience was good. I was having a problem with my car starting right away. Called the service department to set up an appointment. I was told the 1st available appointment was 12/27/2021. So the service department expected me to drive my car for 5 almost 6 weeks not knowing what was wrong. Not happy or satisfied in the least.

Today I want to share my experience, on January 10, this year, I was attended by a very sweet girl Grant Shauna, I had many doubts, but she very kindly resolved them and I am happy with the purchase of my car, I had to call in two Occasions to solve some doubts and she has been very friendly.

Just bought a 2022 Ioniq 5 from Shaker Hyundai. Paul C was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. This was my first new car purchase (at 60yo!!) and this is a very technologically complicated vehicle. A 2nd Ioniq certified salesman spent about 45 minutes walking me through every aspect. There were horror stories of dealers upselling this car for thousands more than MSRP but my price was exactly what I expected. Highly recommend the car and dealer.

I bought a new Sonata yesterday. Andy sold it to me and he was just wonderful! He was so helpful in giving me options and helping me to decide which car was best for me. I was nervous about all the technology the car had and he answered all my questions. I was also reassured by him telling me that I could come back anytime with questions and they would help me. I just purchased my second Kia Sportage from Danbury kia. Jeff Sousou was my salesman. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by so many friendly faces. I felt at ease with him, as he tried to work out a deal with me.There was no pressure just a genuine feeling of honesty and commitment. By my second time to Danbury ( first to pick out the car, and second to get it), I felt like we were good friends. I travel almost an hour to get to Danbury Kia, but wouldn’t have it any other way! I can’t wait to get my oil change and visit the gang. Also,Robin was so sweet and efficient …. I felt I could of talked to her all day!

Took my car in for horn not working on a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Joe very helpful with providing a loaner car as they needed it overnight and ready next day by noon.. Very appreciative of both Joe and Stacy who have always been very helpful!
