I was just disappointed because my car came back dirty. The car was spotlessly clean when they picked it up. When I got it back it was dirty. It had bird Doodoo on it and the outside was dirty. They must’ve left the window open while in the shop because the inside was full of dust and the floor mats were full of debris! The mechanical work was done to my satisfaction!

Needless to say, he made the sales and I got the new car I'm very happy with. Took my 2022 Elantra N for a recall this morning and it was completed on time as promised, was very happy! My SA Fernando kept me updated and was very coutesous as well.

Talked to Nizar over the phone and set an appointment to test drive the car, liked the car right off the bat and negotiated on the already discounted Lexus RX and left the deposit.
