Every department in this establishment was a pleasant experience. Our sales rep Cassandra was super relatable and understood exactly what we wanted. Ryan the manager made sure to do everything he could to give us an amazing and honest deal. The financial employee made sure to give that same experience. They all deserve a raise. We haven't been able to stop recommending this dealer. It was truly a breathe of fresh air compared to the pushy and manipulative dealers all around. It really is appreciated. had a very difficult time running around for 2 weekends hoping to buy the car I wanted but ended up with typical "bait and switch" schemes that most car dealers do. Almost lost all the hopes THEN I decided to just drove all the way to Napleton Hyundai Glenview for my one last attempt. It turned out to be an unexpectedly amazing experience - I sense a very trust worthy genuine vibe from the sales person who helped me, Adam. Needless to say, he made the sales and I got the new car I'm very happy with. Highly recommended if you're sick and tired of typical care selling people who just want to your money rather than caring about helping you.

I was just disappointed because my car came back dirty. The car was spotlessly clean when they picked it up. When I got it back it was dirty. It had bird Doodoo on it and the outside was dirty. They must’ve left the window open while in the shop because the inside was full of dust and the floor mats were full of debris! The mechanical work was done to my satisfaction!

Went in on Saturday and sat across from Mike in sales. I knew what I wanted. They had it. And offered it at a fair price. After the test drive he ran some high level financing numbers and we agreed on an overall purchase price and my trade in price. But before we agreed I told him I want to be OUT THE DOOR ASAP. No extra conversations. No additional warranty sales pitches from finance. Let’s get this done. Scott the manager came over and told me he’d do everything he could to expedite the process from this point forward but they were pretty busy (being Saturday). All said and done they’d washed the car, put in some more gas, sync’d my phone to the car, and ordered a vial of touch up paint while I did the paperwork with the finance guy. Like promised -in and out in about 90 minutes total. Very happy and would recommend the whole team!

My husband and I visited Hyundai of Lincolnwood to purchase a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe for our growing family. From beginning to end, the experience overall was wonderful. We had the pleasure of working with Ron M. He kept us up-to-speed every step of the way, which made the long wait time (expected when buying) a whole lot less unpleasant. The only con was going on a Saturday. I've also never been on a solo test drive, but it was a refreshing experience. It made it a lot easier to feel the car out before committing to buy.
