I recently purchased a 2022 White Hyundai Tucson Limited version. My purchase experience was flawless, no stress or long wait time. It was a most fantastic and memorable time at Stamford Hyundai. Firstly, All staffs were neatly dressed, always smiling and ready to help. Wonderful!!! Secondly, my salesman, Chris Thai is one of the most amazing, friendly, smart, high energy and very professional guy I have met, he's obviously good at what he does. At first I was a little skeptical about my purchase but after I visited the Stamford Hyundai office and met Chris, I was totally convinced and sealed the purchase deal immediately. He gave me a detailed information about the product and purchase process. He was always available, giving swift responses to my concerns and questions. I had made a down-payment while the car was on transit and during the wait time, Chris kept reassuring me with his favorite word "I got you". Thank you for a smooth transaction. Purchased the car a month ago and it does not disappoint. Has got a kick to it. Brakes are a little choppy but reliable. Inside is comfortable. Enough room and yet compact.

I worked with Bryan g, who was my service advisor when I brought my car in. Both times Bryan went out of his way to drop the car and me both at the dealership and at my workplace, I work weird hours and would not have been able to pick up my car before they closed, and yeah I could've taken a day or some hours off but why, for something that can be done in 2 minutes or less. Bryan was cool and helped me out a ton both times to ensure I could get my vehicle before the service department closed for the day by facilitating drop and pick offs. And is just an all around stand up guy cool to work with that I'd get a beer with.

The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

I had a problem with an issue about a part for my new Tucson SEL. I wrote a negative review about the issue. Almost immediately, I was contacted by the service manager Mike. He immediately took care of the issue for me. I’m extremely happy how quickly and to my complete satisfaction he handled this issue for me.

Our Kona SE is a beautiful car both outside and inside. It rides beautifully . This is our first new car in 21 years. It was an excellent choice. .

I bought the 2023 SEL Kona for my wife. However, she has been traveling for work and I've driven it 4000 miles. I really enjoy the fun little car. Mileage overall 32-40 MPG. Handles/ looks great. Great experience

The new place looks awesome and what made it the best by the people who work there like Mike. He & his other colleagues were helpful. But one exception is, there is no ride available to get home back home/office after drop off the car. I lost 2 hours of my time, could have been productive if I could get ride back to my work. This limitation will influence my future selection of repair day. I hope you will incorporate the ride back service soon. I always go to dealership for post sales repairs and maintenance. I found your pricing is really high. I hope adjustments on the pricing for various services and repairs come down to any sort of normalcy. Thanks.

It feels solid on the road, handles well on turns, and when you close the doors they sound solid - no tin can sound or feel.

I just got a 2022 Kona Limited after having a 2015 Golf for years. I like all safety features and comfort items. The steering wheel is stiffer than I am used to and think that is due to lane assist. I haven't figured out why the nav system doesn't talk, but it must be a setting issue. I used a Garmin unit for nav in past, but Kona's screen is much better. Some people say the space is small, but just fine for me. Overall, i like the Kona
