I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

I purchased a new 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy in December 2023 and as of now (April 2024) have almost 4,000 miles on the car. Overall mpg is 20.0 (driving 90% of the time just local streets @ 30 to 40 mph). I've noticed when I drive it on the expressway for 15 or 20 miles I get considerably better mileage. Knock on wood, but so far I've not found one defect in the car. I think you do get a lot of car for the money. Lots of room with a comfortable ride. Good headlights. HVAC seems to work well. I'm suprised how well the ventilated seats work. Decent acceleration. Good electronics. Reasonably quiet and smooth ride. Good visibility out of the vehicle with a good driver seat position. Good rear seat leg room (captain chairs). Digital Key works well with my iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Only miss is no power-folding mirrors. Can't yet comment on the complimentary Hyundai service as the car is not yet ready for it's first service appointment.

love driving this car it's so comfortable and handles great.I like everything about the car,it's looks, it's interior and exterior.When i first got the car i drove it for about (2) hours and didn't want to get out of it.I'll be going to Vermont to visit my 2 granddaughters and my son and his wife and i can hardly wait to see how it does on gas mileage and see if the 3 1/2 hour drive is comfortable and relaxing which i'm sure it will be.Can't say enough good about how far hyundai has come from just a few models to many great models.Better than american vehicles.I will never buy an american car again it seems like the cars were always in the shop for some repair and that's a hassle.I bought american cars all my life but i thought i'd try hyundai and i'm glad i did.better quality workmanship and fit and finish.

Robert was nothing short of amazing this week in getting my son's car in same day and having it repaired by the end of day two. Our Kia Soul had slowed in acceleration. We were able to have it towed to Robert at Huffines who kept in touch with me through the troubleshooting and repairs. I appreciate all he did to insure my son was back on the road quickly and safely.

Beyond excellent so far. Incredibly luxurious at the price point. Huge back row for the segment. Comfort for all passengers with heated seats all the way back to third row. Cooled seats for front seats and middle captains chairs. Great sound system. HUD is great and infotainment system works seamlessly. My two knocks are no wireless car play/android auto. And I wish they offered a hybrid version. Other than that this car has been perfect for my family's needs.

Great family suv. Lots of options and gadgets. Not sure why they didn't outfit it with automatic folding mirrors. Vehicle vibrates/shakes between 42 and 60mph.

Graph Chevrolet is an awesome place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trax and I had a couple of issues which were minor. Craft Chevrolet was busy at the time. I took my vehicle to clay Cooley Chevrolet and they did two diagnostic tests for an electrical issue and tried to charge me for two tests. I called graph Chevrolet Carlos. The used car sales manager got right on the issue. They paid for the two diagnostic tests that Clay Cooley did Clay Cooley tried to rip me off for a brand new transmission graph Chevrolet did their diagnostic test and one part needed to be cleaned and it needed the transmission fluid changed. That was all I highly recommend. Graph Chevrolet for all your car business from now on. I know they'll get my business from now on when I purchase another vehicle. The sales manager Carlos got on top of everything very fast and even the same day actually I really enjoyed the sales person that we had Jesus. He was very pleasant, not pushy and was a good person to work with. Then. I also spoke with Stephanie in the service department. She was very pleasant. Took time to explain everything to me as to what needed to be done and how fast it would be taken care of and it was done very quickly within a day again Graff Chevrolet is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I even have a family member that is considering purchasing their next vehicle from craft Chevrolet down the line. I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.

I went in for a state inspection and came out with a service that far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Kieth Overturf, is very professional ,efficient and a self-starter. I was unaware that I needed an ALDL PORT INOP and a Heated Steering Wheel. I came out overly satisfied with a piece of mind that I need this kind of attentiveness in my 2022 Tahoe, even though I'm closer to a Jupiter Chevrolet, I would rather come here to Huffines in Plano, TX.

The experience was just extraordinary. I witnessed the switch from Bob Stallings to Clay Cooley in real time and it was a bit bumpy at first because not even the new phones were working but once they got things rolling this team was unbeatable. Big shout out to Edgar, who not only explained very thoroughly the repair my vehicle had to go through but also accommodated all my needs! I always loved Bob Stallings but I'm already loving Clay Cooley too!
