I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

The service department is run efficiently the only problem I have is this is the second time when they work on your car I wish that they would not touch the lights or put them back the way they were

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

He convinced me that he was going to make sure that I was absolutely satisfied by explaining everything I needed to know on order to make up my mind about my purchase. He thoroughly explained all my options; cash, lease or finance. He even followed up after I drove off to see if everything was ok! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I would recommend anyone going to this dealership to ask for Jeffrey. He's 76 years old ( I'm 72) so don't expect any quick sales tactics!
