I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

I’ve visited many dealerships in Hagerstown, and many of them are doing their best to squeeze every dollar out of your pocket. Massey is the exact opposite. Our salesperson, Brian Van Winkle, was pleasant, professional and not at all pushy. We purchased the exact vehicle we wanted at a fair price. The finance office was exactly the same way. Told us our options and we picked the one we wanted. This place is a breath of fresh air!

I like how honest and upfront this dealership is. I literally spoke with them on Thursday and picked my car up on Saturday morning. They took care of everything for me so this way on Saturday I spent about an hour there signing paperwork and was out in no time. Lexi is a sweetheart! My wife purchased her her used 2014 saanta fe sport locally from in North palm beachnorth palm Beach, one service call made us realize we needed a new service dealer. We went to wallace in Stuart fl. Service was fantastic, din'r try to sell us anything we didn't need.. They were so good to us our daughter went to them to purchase a 2107 santa fe sport.. She now drive the 25 miles just to get her oil changed rather than deal with our local dealer. If my wife ever needs ANY dealer repair we have decided to pay the $95 tow charge to get to Wallace, in the long run we feel we will be saving mony and be treated well. I drive a GMC product and if Wallace serviced them They would be my place for dealer repairs Brock
