Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

Ed. D was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Ed. D went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the car I wanted. He found a car at another dealership and brought it to us so that I could take a look at it and make my decision. My service manager (Victoria Cruz) was very friendly and professional. I came in for an oil change and my car was ready very quickly. I always have a great experience at Rick Case Hyundai. They give twice the length of warranty and the car itself is a very pleasant surprise in its performance and comfort.

Again no rush,the gentleman that preps the car before delivery was very efficient.
