I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

The Service Advisor Andrew was very nice and provided great customer service. He went over my car's issues and addressed my concerns and answered my questions. He was very honest in telling me which car issues should be fixed first. This was the first time since Hyundai moved their location from Florin Rd to Elk Grove that I was able to get an appointment there so I was happy that my first experience was a good one. Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

I’ve been using Elk Grove Hyundai to service my vehicle since 2022. I came in this week for a regular service over the weekend. Paul, my service Advisor was super helpful and event spent a bit chatting with my about my cars trchnology. My car was ready within an hour and was washed and ready to go. All my experiences at Elk Grove have been positive. If you have a Hyundai, this is the place to go!

We just bought this car, after having several Subaru Outbacks. The electronics are far superior to the Subaru. We only have a few hundred miles at this point

Brought my car in for basic maintenance and Reginald was very helpful. He reminded me that the last time I was in that my spark plugs needed to be changed. I added that into my maintenance which I needed, picked up my car the next day and I could tell my car had more pep. I will be back for my next car service.

Our salesman Neil Hess was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He showed us all its features so we could compare different models. He went over and above to make our purchase seamless all the way through. We purchased all weather mats for the car and he installed them before we left to help us out. The Santa Fe’s technology’s required the Hyundai app which he walked me through and setup before we left the dealership. Neil made every aspect of buying the car easy, efficient and made sure all our needs were met including the cost.

Folsom Lake Hyundai has a great service department, they keep our Santa Fe running like brand new. Very satisfied with the work, and the staff (Cory) explains all options without the upsell. Long time customers and we will continue to have scheduled service there.
