Paid to have vehicle delivered from OKC to COS dealership before I purchased it. Was well worth the 4 days it took to arrive. I have yet to find a truck near the price I paid unless it has double the miles. No haggle price I thought was going to be a big deal, but it was the BEST deal. Call ahead before you walk in or have a salesman name ready, you will be greated by long lost friends (MANY) who want to sell you a car right now. Internet was the best way for me.

I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. i purchased the vehicle new at this dealership and before i left the dealership i had a issue with the service dept. Had to get sales dept to get taken care of a simple matter. Had a warranty issue on a window not operating properly and was treated so rude by the service dept that i swore i would never go there again. now 2 years later i was sent a flyer on special so i thought i would try one more time., Was met at the door by Charles Rivera and was treated with so much respect on a simple tire rotation job. After talking to him and the treatment i was given i will go back with other repairs for the car. The only person i will deal with is Charles from this point on. As a customer if you want great treatment and respect even on a simple low cost job go see Charles. He is the only reason i would ever take my car back there.
