From the time that I arrived at the dealership and even after I purchased the car he was always available and if he didn’t have the answers to the questions I was asking (I ask a lot of questions), he found them out within minutes. After I had decided on my car, I had everything that I wanted, except there was another color, the Titan gray that was my favorite, however they didn’t have that exact color. So Tyson called around and found one at another dealership. He went all the way to the other dealership to make sure I had the one I wanted, and I have to say I am over the moon with my new car! I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.
