They spent time with us, and did absolutely EVERYTHING to get us into the car we wanted! Never rushed us or made us feel pressured in any way. Someone always checked in with us to see if we needed anything. They made the entire car buying experience pleasurable!

I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

Went in to get a very specific car that they just got that same week. Everyone was very polite and professional. They even gave me a little extra on my trade-in since I still owed on the car. I was in and out within a few hours and drove off the lot with my new car. Everything went pretty smooth that day and I left a happy customer. I've had dealers try to sell me on other cars that were more expensive before and even had a dealer tack another $3k underneath me when looking through paperwork AFTER I left with another car. These guys didn't try to sell me on a more expensive car that I didn't want and all the paperwork checks out. Very positive experience overall.

We just bought this car, after having several Subaru Outbacks. The electronics are far superior to the Subaru. We only have a few hundred miles at this point

Really had a pleasant experience from start to finish, they even got us into a nicer vehicle than the one we initially came in to purchase AND they beat my credit union’s interest rate. This is the first time in literally 20 years of buying a car (every few years) that a dealership has beat my credit union’s rate. Great experience, would absolutely recommend to friends and family!!

It was time to move on from our 2002 Oldsmobile after 20 years. I did my research and decided that I wanted a 2024 Hyundai Tuscan hybrid. I cannot express how painless the process was- no pressure. I had been looking for that particular vehicle for quite some time. When I first saw the ad for this one on August 12th. I saved it. Eventually I decided to send an inquiry because I really wanted to at least test drive it. Once I did test drive it. I decided that I really wanted it. I was disappointed that my initial offer, and value of my trade in were not quite what I had in mind, but their offer was fair to me, and the convenience of not having to go to the DMV, and paying tax plus license plate transfer fee made it all worth it to me. I absolutely love the this car, and am very grateful to Rosen Hyundai for all that they did to allow me to obtain my recent used car purchase.

I’m on my 3rd engine for my 2015 Santa Fe Sport. It’s all been covered. Just recently, my transmission went out for the second time. Unfortunately, that wasn’t covered. Zeigler was kind enough to supply me with a loaner car until mine was repaired. I’ve worked with Ron in the service department all three instances and he’s been very helpful. I’m hoping this will be the last time for a major repair. I do like the car.
