I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. I had am 11 o’clock appointment but Atilla already had a customer in his Office. He still tried to take care of me and he did , but I also could have come an hour later. You have an employee named Jazz who explained the new car to me, she is so good at her job I was so pleasantly surprised. She was patient, and professional. I give her an AAA RATING OTHERWISE I had a rental car I needed to return, it would have been nice if one of your employees would have been available to follow me to Avis. Instead I had to bother a neighbor, in the mean time Avis closed at 2 and I got there at 3 My new car was parked on the street in front of the dealership since the next day was Sunday. I was worried that the car would be stollen and my neighbor called me with the same concern, so we went and got it. ( that was the 4th trip) back and forth Atilla did a good job. From start to getting my new Tucson it took 7 hours due to your companies lack of service. Schomp Ford has a valet, maybe you should take a page out of their customer service.

Jared Hensley was amazing. We came in on a Saturday as we were passing through Denver. He saw us immediately. Brandon West worked with us for the purchase of a 2021 Kona EV. He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. He is very responsive to our follow up questions. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. It sure drives like a little rocket compared out our other IC car
