Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

Ernest Daly provided awesome customer service as always. He helped me when my brand new Sante Fe had a recall for engine replacement in 2024. It was a long process but he stated in contact with me. I think he's awesome. Give him an increase in his salary.

I had an easy buying process and continue to bring my car in for service. Yesterday a routine oil change went exactly as I thought it would! They had me in and out after just a few minutes! The waiting room was clean and comfortable and had plenty of snacks! A great place!!

June 2022 when I bought my Hyundai Santa Cruz I had never been to the Fort Mill Hyundai dealership before. I really liked how much they tried to work with me to get the price & model that I wanted. Afterwards on subsequent visits for minor issues during warranty... the Service staff were always friendly & helpful plus the waiting area was clean & well maintained with Fresh Coffee & a few snacks. My Santa Cruz is now 3years old & running like a dream & I still love Clancy (that's what I call my Sweet Truck) every time I get behind the wheel. I just leased an Ioniq 5 from Schomp Hyundai. This was my first time leasing after purchasing 11 cars for my wife and myself over the last 48 years. I went in a little apprehensive because I never leased a car. Afterwards, I can easily say this was the best car acquisition experience I had ever had. Schomp has a newer show room, and excellent waiting area and a huge inventory to select from. My sales person, Eddie Jacobs, was very knowledge, personal and no xx. I love Schomp’s system where you deal with just one person. No need to “check with the sales manager.” No visit to the financing specialist. just one person. The total cost I received (down payment plus 23 lease payments) was lower than 2 other dealer online quotes. The trade offer was $250 higher than the best offer I had received elsewhere. After the lease was completed, I spent about 45 minutes with the training specialist Jazz, another amazing person! I am 68, so not a tech expert… but she patiently walked me through all the features, buttons, and programing of the car… even helped me link up my iPhone and set up favorite buttons. The current Ionic 5 lease specials are excellent. I have driven the car for 4 days and cannot believe what an amazing car it is. I highly recommend the Ionic 5 and Schomp Hyundai!
