This is the 4th car I have purchased there in the last few years. I purchased a new 2023 N line Elantra this time. I have a family of 5 and this car offers everything we need. The seats are comfortable all the way around. My teenager has had no complaints even when he has to sit in the 3rd row. We have gone on several long trips and there have been no issues. Even the way it operates in winter is impressive. I feel safe even on the snowiest roads.

Our palisade is very luxurious and loaded with technology, it has a smoother ride than our grand cherokee and far more advanced than the pilot we rest drove. We love the comfort, size and especially the 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty. Its definitely a vehicle worth test driving to see the quality over other vehicles in its class.

Upon entering the lot we were no pressured into anything. The sales rep, Richard Cypress, was very personable. He allowed us to do a test drive of the vehicle, still no sales pressure. My sales man Kevin Bell was great, showed me what I was interested in and helped with the sale process and after the sale showed me and set up the techy stuff in the Murano like the phone system the radio, the buttons on the steering wheel and what they did. It would have been months before I figured anything out.

Jake was wonderful. He was personable and helpful without being pushy. We felt very comfortable with Jake. He went out of his way to show us the cars we were looking for, helping us to do an in depth comparative analysis as well as helping our kid set up everthing. He is very knowledgeable and we will definitely look him up again next time we need a car!

Went to Heritage Hyundai because our daughter had a good experience a couple years ago with her purchase. Had a very pleasant experience with our salesman, Tom Hamme. He was informative and honest. Did not attempt to xx me at all. Answered questions and was extremely helpful. Car was delivered in almost perfect condition. Only issue was a few bubbles in the rear bumper applique, otherwise no problems. Would recommend the dealership and especially Tom.

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. I brought my 2022 Elantra to this dealership for a tire repair. Unfortunately I had a blowout and had to buy a new tire. Not a huge big deal but, after the tire repair it would’ve been nice for the tech to clean all the pasty lubricant off the tire and rim after installation, and most of all it would have been nice when they put the spare back in the trunk to put the cover and Matt back in place. Am I expecting too much? This Is a 10 to 15 second task to put the covers on. I just think it is common courtesy, it’s what I would do. Other than that the staff in the service department was good.

I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership over the years and I will keep coming back because: 1) they are honest! I did my research online and was able to build my deal online and I had no surprises!!! Zero! The price I was quoted was the price I paid each time and they even found me some additional discounts! 2) They treat you like royalty no matter what! When I purchased my first vehicle my credit was crappy. They were able to get me in a new car and NEVER EVER made me feel like anything other than royalty! Two vehicles later, credit is great and they they still treat me like a million bucks! 3) The quality of support and customer service is unmatched! The sales team is wonderfully knowledgeable and honest. Never pushy and very friendly and respectful! I have tried to service my vehicles elsewhere only to wish I never had. Honest folks with exceptional service that treat you like royalty! What else can you want?
