I came to Puente Hills Hyundai after a friend recommended them, based upon his great experience a year ago. My sales associate Ferry was warm, welcoming and completely pressure-free. He was very friendly and provided me with a ton of options to explore that matched my financial means. John, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He worked with my unique trade-in situation and gave me the best deal. The other sales team members were very personable and friendly. Larry in the finance dept was also knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my purchase. Overall I'm not sure I've ever encountered a more cohesive team that really cared about the customer as much as these guys. Definitely would recommend!!

Boy, what lucky day for me when I chose Puente Hill Hyundai to buy my new 2015 Sonata!! Puente Hills Hyundai's salesmen Ronnie and John are wonderful & super people!!! As is finance man Mr. Dee!!! My over all experience is it was the best decision I've ever made buying a new car!! Overall is ok, but buying process takes too long like around 7 hours, didn't leave until close to 11pm at night, sale staff and I didn't get a chance to look through the whole SUV, by the time I've gotten home (2.5 hours), I've noticed front passenger side wiper was separated, detached from the housing unit, I've attached it back to my best ability, doesn't quite look right, I'll go through a local Hyundai's dealership for the repair, also the cargo cover was missing from the vehicle, but it was listed on sticker, I've called my sale person (Eli M.) the next day to informed him, at the time of the this writing, ten business days later I'm still waiting for the replacement from the dealer.

There was so many people there at South Bay Hyundai Service Drive! Their service is great! i took my Sonata for maintenance and the service advisor Calvin was super helpful and very sharp. Can't really forget about a great experience because nowadays it's hard to find that right service center for you. well luckiely i purchased my car from South Bay Hyundai and they procide excellent service!
