I took my car to the dealership to get my air conditioning fixed as 2 other people couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. At first the dealership thought it was something easy but it turned out to be much more complex and took over 2 days to fix. They didn't charge me for the extra labor costs since they underestimated the amount of work it would take. Sean Foster, out service person was great. He gave me a car to use for a couple days and kept me apprised ofd going on with it my car. Excellent customer service.
I am in the market for a new used car, and spotted one on the website. I wrote inquiring about the vehicle, and within a matter of minutes, internet salesman Johnny Choe was replying. Although the vehicle I asked about already sold, he was quite happy to continue to help in my quest. I will keep checking the site and the dealership for my next purchase because of his professionalism.
We were not able to come to an agreement, my trade wasn’t worth what I had hoped, but the experience was amazing. I am selling my car myself and will be back to buy the vehicle I had found at the dealership.
This is our 4th Honda in 9yrs. First, a Civic. Second, the following yr traded for another Civic & a Fit at the same time. Fourtly, just yesterday, purchased a CRV-SUV. Why so many??? Not bc their inferior & brake down. NO!!! Just the opposite!!! BC we absolutely ??? the craftsmanship that go into theses vehicles. THEY ARE TRULY RELIABLE!!! THEY HAVE PROVEN TO BE ALL that everyone said it would be(family, friends, sales ppl) Only had 1 problem/repair earlier this yr. Replaced starter on '09 Civic. AND THAT IS ALL, I PROMISE YOU!!! Every car we purchased was and is brand new. The staff is amazing!!! Professional, considerate, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, modest, not pushy, no haggling, up front. The young man the took care is heaven sent, Joey Vassallo. HE NEEDS A PROMOTION, A RAISE, yes he does. He did what no one else had done. He TOOK HIS TIME & walked me through the whole process of how to operate & understand my new SUV. 5 ????? treatment. I'm greatful and will return to purchase another vehicle in the future if the Lord says the same. And also appreciate our finance officer. Hats off to you my friend as well, Jason Galeski👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I agree with first reviewer about the Palisade. It has a less boxy look than the Kia Telluride but the ride is nice, with not much outside noise. All the safety devices included in the top model make this my choice when the Palisade I ordered finally arrives at the dealer.
I brought my 2017 Honda Civic EX Hatchback in to get all of its' windows tinted + the service advisor couldn't have been more helpful. They were friendly + willing to answer any questions I had without frustration. While I waited, the lounge area + refreshments were great -- made the wait seem not as long! The tinting was excellent, they gave me a great price, + thoroughly informed me on what to do after I left to keep the tinting pristine. I would definitely return to this dealer + would highly recommend others to do so as well!

I'm writing this review based on the incredible experience I had with Dan Meegan, one of the Sales Managers at Napleton Loren Hyundai. I came to Dan a the end of my rope. My 2015 Hyundai had been leased through Grossinger Hyundai in Lincolnwood,and after multiple unreturned phone calls from them plus a bizarre interaction where the phone rep insisted that she had spoken with me and had scheduled an appointment with me (both untrue), I was on the search for a Hyundai dealership that would provide some much needed honest customer service.
Enter Dan Meegan.
Dan promptly returned my email and understood that it was easiest for me to correspond via email versus over the phone due to my schedule. Positive points for this. I can't tell you how many times I tried to email Grossinger and only received phone calls in return. What is the point of asking you to email me if you just continue to call me?! UGH! Anyway - so Dan and I proceeded to email throughout the day while I explained my situation and he searched for what might be a good solution.
Do you know what the solution ended up being? Waiting and not leasing a new car right now. I am not sure what other dealership would have been this honest with me. Instead, they would have finagled to get me in, fast talked me into confusion and then put me in a lease I was uncomfortable with. Not Dan.
I cannot tell you how much his honesty and interest in doing the "right thing" meant to me. I can lease/buy a car anywhere - but without a doubt, at the end of the year, I will be going to see Dan at Napleton Loren Hyundai. Such a great guy. Thanks again Dan...and sorry for the belated review. Life is crazy!!! :)

After meticulously searching through vehicles and many dealerships, I found the vehicle calling my name at ALM on 05/25. Anxiously, I went to the dealership that same day, met with sales lady Shanta who was absolutely AMAZING throughout the entire process :-)....she restored my faith in car salesmen again :-) She pulled up the vehicle I inquired about, we went for a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle, but what was even more enjoyable about my car buying experience, is that Shanta wasn't being too aggressive or trying to get me to buy a car right then, and she actually advised me to sleep on my thoughts and let her know whatever I decide. Well...later that day, I made my decision, called Shanta and told her that I'm ready to make my purchase. She sent me the link to fill out the application, once I completed the application, I went back to the dealership the next day and was trading in my old car and driving away in my new Lexus in about 1.5hr and that is how I LOVE doing business. ALM has gained a new loyal customer. THANKS SO MUCH SHANTA for your professionalism, honesty, and awesome customer service :-)
Not one, not two??? Yes THREE! Who???s is this woman? I love to drive, I love my Mini, and I love to drive my Mini to the tune of about 25,000 miles per year. It was a bright, sunny day and time to Visit Mall of Georgia Mini for my second service. For normal people this service would occur around year number two of ownership ??? but not this Motorist. Kaylee greeted me with a firm handshake and a smile. Yes it???s ME and I am back again. It???s almost like she knew what I wanted before I knew??? Really, I am just here for service and admiring the new Mini models; and yet I found myself - willingly - on a test drive and really enjoying myself. After about 3 hours of running this lady in circles I stuck to my guns - ???Just say no, Just say NO??? - and I drive away with the same Mini I drove in with. I think this was all part of Kaylee???s plan. Once I arrived at home I just can???t help myself, and I send Kaylee a message ??? ???If you have a convertible in British Racing Green I???ll take it???. Did I really just say that?? Of course I sent a list of additional - ridiculous demands - and my ???Wish Upon A Star??? payment - no way anyone is agreeing to this Mini extortion list. 24 hours later I am sitting at Kaylee???s desk signing for my brand spanking new, British Racing Green Convertible Mini Cooper! Who is this woman? I tried to resist, I even said NO ??? and yet Kaylee somehow managed to maneuver around all my objections and deliver the next Mini Love Affair of my life. Happiness - ???Sigh??? Seriously folks ??? Take it from this Car Guy and Mini Maniac ??? Rick Hendrick is a good man which is why I choose to buy from his dealership. Test drove it locally but the still found the Kia Telluride slightly nicer overall with a little more interior usable space and seating. Pretty sure we will be going with the Kia, though either one would be fine.
Best experience in a dealership. We were just looking around and because of the great deal offered to us by our sales professional (SHAQ) together with his manager we went home with a new car! Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻
Everyone @ BMW Bridgeport showed patience, knowledge and expertise. Having owned BMW's for over 15 years I will always by the brand only at BMW of Bridgeport. Vinny not only listened to my needs/wants, delivered exactly what I expected without pressuring me for more upgrades and did not hassle me to make a decision. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. When I picked up the vehicle someone (I'm embarassed to have forgotten his name) spent close to an hour reviewing the enhancements to the 2018 3 series. Ensuring I felt confident driving the vehicle home, taking time to to hooking up my blue tooth and loading my radio stations. There were quite a few differences between my current 3 Series and new one. He was very patient with my technical limitations and made all the changes seamless. Victoria from the Business Office was personable and made the transaction easy; ensuring that all the Financials were easily understood. My decision to start the sales process with BMW of Bridgeport came through my 10 year always positive relationship with my Service Specialist Bernard. I have been able to trust in his knowledge and judgements about the service of my previous vehicle for 10 years and I know nothing about cars or technology. Basically buying a vehicle at BMW of Bridgeport is seeing a "family" @ work. The process involved a lot of different people,they all showed trust in each others strengths to give me the "ultimate BMW experience". Thank you all!
