First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. So I had to haggle to no end to get the trade in value was worth what my trade in WAS worth. The sales man didn't know how to work nearly anything in the car. I also think I forgot my garage door opener in my trade in when I asked they said they would have to look but it probably wasn't...which I'm sure they noticed at some point and couldn't even give me a courtesy call?

Bought a new car here in Dec 2019 for my daughter in-law. Deal was straight forward with no hardball tactics or forcing services down our throat. Facilities are modern and clean and the staff was kind and welcoming. After the sale... The service department seems to get behind on scheduled appointments, but with COVID-19, I can give them some slack. Still, I wish they would call people and tell them they are running 2 hours behind before you show up.

Perfect for us
I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!
