We purchased the 2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy. We absolutely love this SUV. It is so comfortable to ride in regardless of where you sit. I haven’t found anything I don’t absolutely love about this SUV. Lots of room and it’s quiet. I love all the features this model has as well as the overall appearance. I would highly recommend purchasing this SUV.

Castle Hyundai gave me a good price for my trade in when I purchased a new Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. When I picked up the Tucson all the paperwork was straight forward with minimal time and hassle. Love the new 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL. It is a lot bigger and heavier than previous models. It handles very well, is quiet and very nice riding car. Lots of cargo space, roomy interior and well tricked out for a mid-range model. Gas mileage varies but depending on the wind conditions, but gets surprisingly good numbers. On a recent trip of about 120 miles, the car averaged 35+ mpg. We love the exterior looks of the car. No flaws detected from the manufacturer. So far, with about 1,800 miles on it, it is a great car!

At these other dealerships, I felt extremely overwhelmed by the salespeople trying to get me to settle on a vehicle for a price I wasn’t comfortable with. However, with Elgin Hyundai, all my nerves and anxiety were melted away. I was greeted by Jim and Daniella, and they listened to my wants and needs and got me into the exact Santa Fe Hybrid I had viewed at another dealership right down to the color. I got to take the vehicle on an actual test drive around the area to show me how the vehicle handled, unlike the previous dealership which took me around the block on an all flat road. I was also shown way more features, tips, and tricks that I didn’t even know the Santa Fe had to offer! I was offered generous discounts on the vehicle that I didn’t even have to argue for. I was also given a generous trade in allowance on my Tesla compared to other places. I’ve purchased vehicles in the past, but none have come close to the comfort I felt making this purchase with Jim and Daniella! I felt like I knew them for years despite meeting them for the first time! They were able to answer all my questions with proficient and polite answers, they were able to get answers for me in a timely manner, and most of all, they treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect. You won’t find that at many dealerships. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
