me close, after going back and forth we finally agreed om a price, I said I was not interested in a service warranty and didn't want any funny busines in finance, bare in mind It was close to closing time by the time I made it into financing with Dillon, it all started out until he started in with a service warranty, said I didn't want, he then said it should a no brainer, then he said it would only be an extra 10 bucks a month, which I calculated to be $840.00. Once I got home I noticed it actually cost me 2,800 , needless to I felt misled. At the moment I'm in contact with the people that handle the Service Contract to see about it being cancelled.. Will try and follow up. This is obviously where they make their money.

Awesome help getting car repaired at low cost to m
I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.

So I walked into the dealership and accidentally met the other two Chris’s first (both of them were super friendly and pretty funny, by the way) before finally finding the Chris I was looking for. Once we connected, the whole process was incredibly easy. I told Chris what I needed and what I wanted, and without me having any idea what I actually wanted, he somehow picked out the perfect vehicle for me.
