Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

I had am 11 o’clock appointment but Atilla already had a customer in his Office. He still tried to take care of me and he did , but I also could have come an hour later. You have an employee named Jazz who explained the new car to me, she is so good at her job I was so pleasantly surprised. She was patient, and professional. I give her an AAA RATING OTHERWISE I had a rental car I needed to return, it would have been nice if one of your employees would have been available to follow me to Avis. Instead I had to bother a neighbor, in the mean time Avis closed at 2 and I got there at 3 My new car was parked on the street in front of the dealership since the next day was Sunday. I was worried that the car would be stollen and my neighbor called me with the same concern, so we went and got it. ( that was the 4th trip) back and forth Atilla did a good job. From start to getting my new Tucson it took 7 hours due to your companies lack of service. Schomp Ford has a valet, maybe you should take a page out of their customer service.

The car buying process was as stressful as free as possible. Vaughn, Tanner were very caring and helpful is all aspects of the process. Tanner the salesperson was always available and showed us all the features of all the models we were interested in. Mick Hasley and the team are patient and friendly. When they say they will call back they do, and they are not in a rush, they listen to what you need. I had a 100+ questions as i had not purchased a new car in many years. I was searching for just the right car for my wife, and they listened to what I wanted, and not what they had in stock. Their online chat service is pretty good too if I have a question I think of, I ask the chat and it gets to the rep and they replied. Honest about prices as well.

I had an oil change, tire rotation and I needed my front brakes looked at because they shimmied when I bragged. Customer service was very thorough and concise and what needed to happen. Service was done quickly. I will go back.
