Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

We worked with Jose Romero he was knowledgeable, very patient as I has a LOT of questions. I had also put a hold on the vehicle at another dealership. Jose was aware of this and was not pushy blow up my phone and I respected that. Besides being professional, knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient I most appreciated him not being a pushy over the top salesman and truthfully was probably one of the main reasons why I came back. He also knew the car that I really wanted to get into and they did have one on the lot when it came available he called me immediately. Can’t say enough about our experience it was EXCELLENT. Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

Chris is a charming, respectful and very knowledgeable person, he will explain everything about the vehicle and will let you to make a decision, he is not pushing you but he will encourage you to make a right decision. Salesman is Friendly, no pressure, acknowledge, other departments customer service are reasonable. Choice of available cars are good.

Everything went excellent, except when we arrived home my husband removed the front license plate because our state, West Virginia, only needs one plate and we now have five holes on front bumper and you do not sell or supply colored plugs to fill in these holes. He removed it because it is hard to clean around and we can’t believe it took five holes to attach. I’d like to suggest that you only attach the back plate and keep the other in the car until it’s sold and then attach if needed. We now have to try and find something to fill these holes since you do not have anything there available. Some states do only require one license plate so this only makes sense. This is why the four stars, otherwise would have gave a ten if I could. Thank you.

Our salesperson, Brian Van Winkle, was pleasant, professional and not at all pushy. We purchased the exact vehicle we wanted at a fair price. The finance office was exactly the same way.
