We shopped around at 6 different dealerships, and by far, Burnsville Hyundai was the best. A huge reason we bought the car here was the representative Bob. Bob was so nice and genuinely cared about finding the right car for us and underdtood we needed time to look around and not rush into a decision. In addition, his boss Marco went above and beyond by detailing our car to look brand new again and making sure the car was in excellent condition. Great job guys!

Traded in my big full size SUV and got a 2025 XRT in Green and it was the best decision ever. A month later and I still love this car so much. It’s comfortable to drive. I feel safe in it. It drives like a dream (although I wish they would do away with the start to stop.) There is so much room for the stroller and everything that comes along with having kids.

We worked with Phil, he was awesome and treated us like family. They are very honest and up front about the pricing and negotiation. Phil was great as well as the rest of their team, highly recommend!

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

Josh provided excellent service. He listened, did not push to sell, and worked to find a deal. He was honest and fair. We got the car we wanted for a reasonable price.

Overall great experience. Dawson was knowledgeable and friendly. Got to test drive the car, receive pricing and do all the paperwork very quickly. Would definitely recommend!

I searched on Cars.com for a used vehicle and this dealer had the one I was looking for. The only issue on the surface was that the dealership was 700 miles away from me. That wasn't a problem for Luther Burnsville Hyundai. I reached out to them about the car, and a sales person contacted me almost immediately. He answered all my questions and walked me through the process of buying a car from out of state. He even gave me his personal cell number in case I needed to reach him with questions about the process. I booked my flight, took an Uber to the dealer, and when I arrived my car was all cleaned up and the staff was waiting on me. Honestly one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. The finance manager was great and explained everything. A truly amazing buying experience! The best part, I even received a text from my salesman to check that I arrived back home after my trip and to see if I was enjoying the car. This dealership cares about their customers!

We worked with Brandon D while looking for a car for our daughter. He was very helpful. He stayed late and was willing to come in on his day off to fit our schedule. He wasn’t pushy at all and gave us lots of options we had not considered before. He was polite and honest with questions we had. Working with him was the best cars experience we have ever had. The staff at Buerkle is amazing. They take time to really hear your needs and find the perfect vehicle for you. on Sept 20th, 2019, I went to vehicle fully winterized and any preventive issues taken care of. As always; Excellent customer service when bringing vehicle in for maintenance. Red Haired Lady , I don't know the name is excellent in customer service, Gave me price and I signed the sheet knowing the car is well taken of as it has been for the past 4 years.
