Family Hyundai is a great place to purchase a car because of the selection and the ability to negotiate for a fair price. I purchased a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata hybrid. This car had low mileage and was in excellent condition. After purchasing the car, I also bring it there for an oil change. I love the affordability and the fact that they give me a free oil change after purchasing two.

Love this car very roomy for my two very big dogs they can stand up without touching the roof. The only thing I don’t like is the steering wheel seems to be too soft catches in grooves.

I was surprised by how much I liked the CX-5 but even more surprised by how pleasant an experience purchasing a car was at this dealership, largely due to the saleswoman Gabbie. She was readily available to answer questions, was very personable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend doing business here.

This suv has a very unique appearance that pops out at you. The interior is amazing, with perfectly placed buttons. It is a joy to drive. I love that it has dual clutch, it makes it feel like a stick shift.

My service advisor Mattt, let me know what was needed for future visit Matt kept me informed with what was going on with the process of my vehicle?s being serviced. The waiting area was clean and well stocked.

October 15, 2022 I recently purchased a 2010 Cadillac DTS from NetMotors.com. I had never purchased a car online, sight unseen before. I talked to Mike P. and he told me had just inspected the car for 45 minutes and pointed out a few minor things that were wrong, but they were not deal breakers for me. Mike P. explained everything in detail and kept me informed as to how things were progressing with my wire transfer and delivery. We were pleased with the car when it was delivery date. Mike P. called after delivery to make sure we were satisfied. A key fob was not working and he suggested reprogramming following instructions in the manual and that worked. There were no floor mats and even though they were not pictured they shipped me a set from another car. Their customer service was excellent.

The General Manager Isaac is the best at Oaklawn Napleton Cadillac. He believes in working with the customers and I thank you for that. If you are looking for good service and a great cars this is the place to go because the General Manager Isaac stands by Napleton Cadillac. I was just disappointed because my car came back dirty. The car was spotlessly clean when they picked it up. When I got it back it was dirty. It had bird Doodoo on it and the outside was dirty. They must’ve left the window open while in the shop because the inside was full of dust and the floor mats were full of debris! The mechanical work was done to my satisfaction!

We drove an hour to this location specifically for a recall service. We were not satisfied with a local dealerships service department. From the moment to pulling the car in the shop to the end of being complete, the service we received was very pleasant. The Service Advisor , Jim DeVault is very personable and professional & very happy to all address our concerns and request. The waiting room was a plus! The 1 and only thing I would suggest to be honest is keep the television on a neutral program. ( We agreed with a few other waiting customers , we'd rather watch a cartoon ;)) We will be back for any of cars needs. Thank you !!!!

It was really a low pressure experience my salesman, Garret was awesome as well as the finance guy Ruben, the only issue was when I got the car home a few days later I had to jumpstart the vehicle due to a bad battery.

Great Used Car Purchase Jacob Rocks! Bought 21 Tacoma from them. Had the best price in country for my truck. Jacob the sales guy and Rob in finance got me the best rate pretty much a new car rate on a used truck. I didn’t buy a warranty because of the fact that Toyotas don’t need one but the price on the warranty was crazy inexpensive. I’ve bought well over 100 cars and trucks in my life… never have I said yes to a dealers number I am king LowBall… I said yes to their price great trade value great price on truck and great rates.
